Rooms and prices

• What kind of rooms are available at the Hotel?
  We have two categories of rooms: superior and standard. Within each category we have single, double or triple rooms.
• Are your prices per room or person?
  Our prices are per night per room. However, the price may vary by occupation.
• Does the reservation of my room need any guarantee?
  Yes, all our reservations need to be guaranteed with a credit card or with a pre-payment.
• How can I cancel my reservation without charges?
  To cancel your reservation without charge, you should do it at least 15 days before the reserved date. In case it is a reservation for more than 3 rooms, it must be canceled at least 30 days in advance.
• Do you offer discounts for group bookings?
  Yes, please, contact our Reservations Department reservas@suenosdelinka.com.
• What is the check-in and check-out schedule?
  Our check-in is at 10:00 hrs and our check-out at 9:00 hrs.
• Is it possible to book an early check-in?
  Yes. Check with our Reservations Department reservas@suenosdelinka.com.
• Is it possible to book an late check-out?
  Yes. Check with our Reservations Department reservas@suenosdelinka.com.
• Is it possible to request additional beds in the rooms?
  Yes, as long as the characteristics of the room allow it.
• Is there a security box in the Hotel?
  Yes, all our rooms have a security box.
• Do the rooms have a hair dryer?
  Yes, all of our rooms have a hair dryer.

Traveling with children

• Are children exempt from payment?
  They are considered children from 0 to 4 years and are exempt from payment as long as they share the bed with their parents. From age 5, children need an extra bed and therefore, an additional cost.
• Do you have family rooms?
  Yes, we have rooms with double beds and one or two additional beds. For more information, consult with our Reservations Department reservas@suenosdelinka.com.

General information

• Do you have non-smoking rooms?
  All of our rooms are non-smoking. We are a 100% non-smoking hotel.
• Do you organize tours and excursions in Cusco, Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu?
  Yes, we can help you organize your entire trip in Cusco. Contact us by sending an email to reservas@suenosdelinka.com.
• Do you have a special package for honeymoon or wedding anniversary?
  Yes, we have special packages for those occasions. For more information, consult with our Reservations Department reservas@suenosdelinka.com.
• Can I leave my luggage at the hotel while I travel outside of the city? Does it have a cost?
  Yes, we can store your luggage at no cost while you tour Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu or any other city.
• Do you offer a medical assistance service in case of emergency?
  Yes, we work with recognized clinics and private doctors who are fluent in the English language.
• Do I need to present my ID or passport at the time of check-in?
  Yes, according to the regulations of our country, we need your ID or passport at the time of your check-in. Also, if you are a foreign tourist (visiting our country for no more than 60 days) we will need to take a photocopy of your Andean migration card, which you are given when you enter the country, to be exempt from the general sales tax (18%) ).
• What is the currency in Peru?
  They are the suns. However, we also work with american dollars.
• What is the voltage in Peru?
  The voltage of electricity in Peru is 220V - 240V. We have adapters and converters available at our reception (subject to availability).

Restaurant

• Do you have a restaurant in the hotel?
  Yes, we have a restaurant in the Hotel open for breakfast (05:30 a.m. to 9:30 hrs) and dinner (7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.)
• Do you have vegetarian options in the restaurant?
  Yes, our restaurant's menu has vegetarian alternatives.
• Do you have room service?
  Yes, we have room service available from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
